Better Than Sex Chocolate Cake
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup chopped pecans, divided
½ cup butter, melted
6 tablespoons sugar
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
3 ½ cups cold milk
2 packages (4-serving size) Jello chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1+1/3 cups flake coconut
1-8 ounce tub Cool Whip, thawed
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup pecans, butter and sugar in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Press firmly onto the bottom of the pan.
Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in ½ cup milk. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat on low speed about 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in 1 cup of the coconut. Pour immediately over crust. Spread whipped topping mixture evenly over pudding mixture.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Toast remaining 1/3 cup coconut and 1/3 cup pecans. Sprinkle over the top of the dessert. 15 servings.
