Bisquick Coffee Cake Recipe

2 tablespoons sugar

1 large egg

¾ cup milk

2 cups Bisquick

2 teaspoons cinnamon

¼ cup sugar

2 tablespoons Bisquick

2 tablespoons soft butter

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9-inch layer round layer cake pan or an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan. Blend the first 4 ingredients together and beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour into the prepared pan. Blend the last 4 ingredients together with a fork until crumbly and sprinkle on top of the batter in the pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
