Chocolate Chip Banana CakePrint this Recipe for Chocolate Chip Banana Cake 1+2/3 cups flour 1 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/4 cup cocoa 
1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup banana (1 medium) ripe Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour square pan, 8"x8"x2". In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Stir in mashed ripe banana; beat until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
