Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups sugar

1 cup butter, softened

1 tablespoon vanilla

4 eggs

¾ cup milk

2 cups mini semisweet chocolate chips

Powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt cake pan.

Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Beat the sugar, butter and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk. Stir in the chips.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the middle of the cake comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes; remove from the pan and cool completely or serve while still warm. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. 16 servings.
