1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
1 ready-to-use chocolate pie crust
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cream cheese, sugar and the vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add the eggs; mix until blended. Blend the melted chocolate into ½ cup of the cream cheese batter.
Pour the remaining cream cheese batter into the ready-to-use chocolate crust. Spoon the chocolate batter over the cream cheese batter. Cut through the batters with a knife several times for a marble effect.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Makes 8 servings.
