Quick Mix Chocolate cake in micro wave:
Ingredients:
1. 1cup-self-raising flour
2. 1cup caster sugar
3. 2tablespoons of cocoa
4. 3tablespoons of butter, softened
5. 2egss
6. 1/3cup of milk
Method:
sift all dry ingredient into a bowl. add butter, eggs, and milk. beat with wire whisk for 1 or 2 minutes. grease 2ltr plastic ring mould and line with paper towel. pour mixture in to mould and cook on micro power level p7 for 5 to 7 minutes. stand, covered, for 5 minutes before turning out. cool on wire rack

TIP: To soften butter cook on micro power level p5 for 10 to 20 seconds
